WaterStone Fellowship is committed to biblical leadership as well as leadership development.

Our church leadership consists of elders, deacons, trustees and staff. Our Council of Elders are responsible for the direction and doctrine of the church. Following the vision of the Elders, our Staff is responsible for overseeing day-to-day ministry operations. Our Trustees oversee the financial operations of WaterStone Fellowship. Our Deacons serve our congregation in whatever practical needs may arise. Our Covenant Members also play a key role in the decisions of our church. Ultimately, biblical leadership is about sacrificial service that honors our Lord Jesus Christ.

We are committed to developing leaders in the church, but also in the home and in our community.

Our Elders

Bob Babington

"No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.  For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Rom 8:37-39)

Bob has served Christ and His body in various capacities and countries for nearly four decades.  His passion for WaterStone is that as a body, we would know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge – that each individual would long for deep intimacy with the One who created, saved, indwells, and empowers them. Bob is married to the Bride of his youth, Ann; together, they are blessed with a quiver full of amazing arrows.

Clint Goode

"He must increase, but I must decrease." (John 3:30 ESV)

Clint has served in church ministry for 17 years and is a graduate of Dallas Seminary. His desire for WaterStone Fellowship is that we would make much of Jesus in all of life for His glory and fame.

Charles Wise

"He predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will--to the praise of His glorious grace, which He has freely given us in the One He loves." (Ephesians 1:5-6 NIV)

Along with serving as an Elder at WaterStone Fellowship, Charles is the founder and director of Pathway Counseling Ministries.  His heart is for people to understand the depth of the love that God has for them and to have a deep intimacy with the Lord. Charles is married to his wife Nancy and they have two grown children.
